Shipping policy
DELIVERY
In contracts where the Merchant dispatches the Goods and/or Goods made to order to the Consumer, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Consumer at the moment the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer, other than the courier, accepts them.
When the Consumer has selected a courier and assigned them to transport the Goods and/or Goods made to order, but the courier chosen by the Consumer is not among those offered by the Merchant, the risk passes to the Consumer upon handing over the Goods and/or Goods made to order to the courier selected by the Consumer. In case of loss or damage, the Consumer may claim compensation from the courier.
The Consumer and/or Client is obliged to provide accurate and complete delivery information. To receive the Goods and/or the Goods made to order, the Consumer and/or Client must ensure access to the delivery address and accept the shipment, or visit the office/locker of the courier company to collect it.
If the shipment cannot be delivered due to incomplete and/or incorrect information provided by the Consumer and/or Client, or due to their failure to appear to receive it within the time specified by the courier, the Merchant will attempt to contact the Consumer and/or Client to clarify the details and remind them to collect the shipment, insofar as the Merchant has received such information from the courier and as long as delivery is still possible under the courier’s rules. If such contact cannot be established and/or the Consumer and/or Client does not provide correct delivery details and/or for any other reason attributable to the Consumer and/or Client the delivery cannot be completed, the Merchant has the right to retain the delivery fee paid by the Consumer and/or Client, as well as to claim damages exceeding its amount.
If the delivery fee under item 9.4 above has not been paid in advance to the Merchant and the Merchant has covered the costs, the Merchant has the right to claim reimbursement of the delivery fee from the Consumer and/or Client, as well as damages from the failed delivery exceeding its amount.
